Key Responsibilities
  • Advise site management, supervisors and employees on safety-related issues regarding occupational and environmental protection and fire safety.
  • Support the design of workstations, work processes and work environments to ensure compliance with legal, company and other requirements.
  • Monitor and implement organizational and technical measures for occupational and health protection, environmental protection and accident prevention.
  • Provide information and training to employees and supervisors on occupational safety, fire and environmental protection.
  • Assess working conditions, hazards, risks and design work processes to support occupational health management.
  • Manage multiple locations within Bosch Building Technologies in the Thuringia and Saxony region.
Requirements
  • A completed degree in a relevant field or a completed apprenticeship as a state-certified specialist or a skilled worker or technician with relevant professional experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of occupational safety, fire and environmental protection, as well as health protection.
  • Problem-solving and practical approach, as well as structured working style and high level of professionalism.
