We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler I to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing mechanical and electrical assembly tasks with high precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks with attention to detail and quality.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Operate a variety of hand and machine tools to assemble and fabricate parts.
  • Follow established procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and achieve quality goals.
  • Participate in quality control and inspection processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems to improve assembly efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • U.S. Person status required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools.
