Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler I to join our team at Collins Aerospace. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing mechanical and electrical assembly tasks, working in the conformal coat, wire prep, and wave solder areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work in the conformal coat, wire prep, and wave solder areas to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Read and follow blueprints, procedures, and work instructions to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Use simple hand and machine tools to perform assembly tasks.
  • Take ownership of the accuracy of processes and understand the impact of nonconforming work.
  • Work effectively in an environment requiring repetitive job responsibilities.
  • Focus on safety and quality, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. In the absence of a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of experience is typically required.
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) as defined by the company.
