POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative. The working hours for this role may vary, typically falling between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturday shifts included in the rotation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide advanced digital and online services to enhance customer interactions.
- Manage and process online deposit accounts and consumer loan applications.
- Improve customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions.
- Assist clients through various channels including digital platforms and call center communications.
- Offer convenient account management options that align with customers' financial needs.
- Support all ICBND locations across the service area.
The Customer Service Call Center Representative will be responsible for addressing both routine and complex inquiries related to consumer products and services, including:
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Delivering outstanding service consistently.
- Ensuring first-call resolution while adhering to compliance protocols.
- Identifying and recommending products and services that support customers' financial success.
- Processing online applications for consumer accounts and loans.
- Completing assigned weekly tasks efficiently.
- Guiding customers in navigating and troubleshooting various online offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should possess:
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
- Experience in a call center or similar customer service environment is preferred.
- A general understanding of standard banking transactions and common financial products and services.
