About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team at Cassia CONNECT. As a Geriatric Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, enhancing their quality of life, and fostering a sense of community.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, promoting dignity and independence.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while ensuring resident comfort and safety.
  • Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment by engaging residents in activities and conversations.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and families.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Minnesota.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
