We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team at Cassia CONNECT. As a Geriatric Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, enhancing their quality of life, and fostering a sense of community.
Job Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to residents, promoting dignity and independence.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while ensuring resident comfort and safety.
- Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment by engaging residents in activities and conversations.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and families.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Minnesota.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive hourly wage of $19.25, with opportunities for credit-based increases.
