Job Summary

Metallurgical Processing, Inc is seeking a skilled Heat Treat Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and moving complex equipment, diagnosing failures, and performing maintenance tasks as needed.

This role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance:
  • Install and move complex equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions.
  • Use typical mechanics tools and inspection gauges to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Fabricate, assemble, weld, cut, and perform pipe fitting tasks as required.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Direct work of helpers as needed to ensure efficient task completion.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to report progress and address concerns.
