About the Job:

The Maintenance Technician Lead will be responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building and material handling systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and electronic control systems, as well as experience with lockout/tagout procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and maintain all aspects of building maintenance, material handling systems, and conveyors">
  • Diagnose issues using test equipment and electrical/electronic control systems">
  • Maintain accurate documentation of facility and equipment systems using CMMS">
  • Demonstrate safe work practices and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of automated material handling equipment">
  • Advanced knowledge of operation and repair of material handling equipment">
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 75 pounds and walk up to 8 hours per day">
  • Candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States">
