About the Role

We are seeking a skilled V&I Assembler to join our team at Permobil. As a key member of our Valve and Inflate department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Assemble and inspect valve and inflate components to ensure they meet our high standards of quality.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training and orienting new employees, communicate effectively with team leaders, and participate in cross-training efforts.
  • Efficient Workflow: Perform all functions of the valve and inflate department, including valving, inflating, cleaning, and ensuring FIFO on materials.
  • Quality Service: Maintain error rates minimal and within acceptable ranges, relay quality information to IFC and valve & inflate teams, and meet and exceed all performance measurements.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be skilled in all positions within the assigned department
