The Night Reception Specialist will manage the front desk operations during the overnight hours, facilitate guest arrivals and departures, and execute daily financial and operational responsibilities to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the front desk during the night shift, including managing guest arrivals and departures
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and online inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Assist guests with various requests, including booking tours and making restaurant reservations
  • Support the check-in and check-out processes by processing payments and issuing room keys
  • Complete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconciling guest accounts and preparing shift reports
  • Monitor supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and availability
  • Perform light cleaning duties, such as sanitizing surfaces and restocking supplies
  • Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
