As a Culinary Specialist with Union Concepts Hospitality Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook.

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
• Assist in the coordination and execution of catering events
• Cook food according to recipes and guidelines provided
• Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
