About the Role

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Total Rewards team at Primient. This position will be responsible for performing activities to support the compensation and benefits programs, with a primary focus on compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to issues related to compensation and benefits, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Compensation Support: Assist with market pricing, survey completion, and ensuring market data is updated in Workday. Manage the distribution of incentive plan letters for target setting and payment letters.
  • Benefits Support: Annual review of medical, dental, and vision plans. Manage payments of benefit vendors. Audit participation records for benefit plans.
  • Data Analytics: Provide data analytics support on compensation and benefits.
  • Committee Secretary: Serve as the secretary of the Benefit Plan Committee.
About You
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Compensation and/or Benefits work.
  • A working understanding of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Experience working with Workday HRIS is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
