Job Title: Senior Superintendent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team at Sierra Pacific Constructors, Inc. As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process on our most complex projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership on construction projects, coordinating and supervising all activities.
  • Represent Sierra Pacific Constructors, Inc. as the primary field operations interface with the project team.
  • Ensure quality work and meet deadlines on high-end commercial construction projects.
  • Promote positive subcontractor relationships and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in commercial general contracting, with a focus on high-rise interiors and commercial building renovations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 products, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Adobe, and Procore productivity software.
  • Ability to work in occupied multi-floor buildings or multi-building campus environments with stringent landlord guidelines.
