Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent Roofing Project Manager to oversee all phases of roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Oversee all phases of roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead and manage on-site roofing teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Client Relations: Serve as a point of contact for clients and office, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction, communicating project updates, timelines, and milestones to clients and stakeholders regularly.
  • Quality Control and Safety: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company safety policies.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and materials, approving project expenditures and managing procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection reports, providing regular project status reports to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in roofing project management or a related supervisory role, proven track record of managing multiple roofing projects simultaneously.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and installation techniques, excellent leadership and team management skills, superior problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights, flexibility to travel to different project sites as required, ability to lift and carry materials and equipment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Benefits: Health insurance after 90 days
Schedule: Monday to Friday
