About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our team at The Wilhite Law Firm. As a key member of our litigation team, you will provide critical research, document preparation, client interviews, and trial preparation to help build strong cases for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex case files, conduct thorough legal research, and prepare for trial.
  • Draft and file routine pleadings, motions, affidavits, interrogatories, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and experts to discuss and manage case details, timelines, and strategy.
  • Interview clients and witnesses to gather key information and prepare summaries of their statements.
  • Organize, store, and maintain all case files, including evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, and related documents.
  • Support attorneys in trial preparation, attending trials and hearings as required.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies.
  • 3-8 years of experience in legal services, specifically in personal injury litigation, under attorney supervision.
  • Exceptional organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly valued.

Compensation Package:

  • $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
