In addition to our hourly wage, we also provide annual or quarterly performance incentives. These incentives are designed to recognize and reward employees for their hard work and dedication.
Employees may also be eligible for premiums in specific circumstances. These premiums can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour and are based on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
As a part-time temporary employee, you will have the opportunity to work a variety of shifts, including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing. This flexibility allows you to choose when you want to work and how many hours you want to commit.
Job Overview
As an Online Order Filling associate, your primary responsibility is to fill and dispense online orders accurately and efficiently. This involves locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to ensure that it meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
To achieve this goal, you will need to consult with customers to understand their needs and make appropriate product substitutions as necessary. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the products they ordered.
