Veterinary Technician Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team as a Lead Technician. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading by example, and mentoring our veterinary technicians.

• Direct and coordinate the work of veterinary technicians to ensure efficient and effective patient care
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of veterinary technicians
• Collaborate with veterinarians to develop and implement protocols for patient care and treatment
• Assist with the recruitment and selection of new veterinary technicians
• Provide guidance and support to veterinary technicians to ensure they have the resources and tools needed to perform their duties

• Current licensure as a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a veterinary technician in a veterinary hospital or clinic
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of veterinary medicine and procedures
