Veterinary Technician Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our veterinary technicians in delivering high-quality services.

• Direct and coordinate the work of veterinary technicians to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of veterinary technicians.
• Collaborate with veterinarians to develop and implement protocols for patient care and treatment.
• Ensure compliance with VCA policies, guidelines, and recommendations.
• Mentor and coach veterinary technicians to help them achieve their career goals.

• Current licensure as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a veterinary technician, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary procedures and protocols.
