Job Overview

System One is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with our equipment, including CNC plasma, waterjet, band saws, press, rollers, welders, and forklifts.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure our equipment is running at optimal levels.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Identify and address the root causes of equipment problems to prevent future issues.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including planning and executing building remodels and expansions.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Mechanical and electrical experience, with prior welding experience a plus.
  • Skills: Basic math skills, proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to lift 75 lbs to waist height.
