Job Title: Equipment Manager

At Hulcher Services, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Manager to join our team. As an Equipment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our equipment fleet, ensuring that our vehicles and equipment are in top condition and meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source parts and services at competitive prices.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce equipment downtime and improve overall fleet efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
Working Conditions:

The Equipment Manager will work in a standard office environment and will be required to travel up to 50% of the time, including nights and weekends. The job entails frequent travel to Division Headquarters and job sites that may cause exposure to variable outdoor weather conditions, dust, noise, and other job site conditions.
