Job Overview

Inexia, a dynamic sales organization with extensive experience in the solar sector, is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Solar Sales Setter. Our focus is on residential solar energy solutions, and we pride ourselves on our innovative marketing strategies.

As a company that emphasizes lead generation, we excel in creating opportunities through both traditional canvassing and advanced online marketing techniques. Our dedicated setter department ensures that our sales representatives have a steady stream of pre-scheduled appointments.

We are currently looking for candidates with a background in solar sales to join our team and manage a minimum of 10 appointments weekly. This is a chance to leverage our proven structure or to advance into management roles within the organization.

Sales representatives are expected to maintain a close rate of 60% or higher to qualify for weekly company appointments. If you have a track record of high performance in sales, this position offers the potential for significant earnings.

Compensation: $94,071 - $291,559+/year, based on experience.
