At Hidden Roots Mental Health LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-A/C) to join our team. As a QMHP-A/C, you will play a vital role in providing individualized training and support to individuals with mental health needs, enabling them to achieve and maintain community stability and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized service plans based on client needs
- Provide family relationship building and parenting skills training
- Offer case management services as needed, including coordination with various agencies
- Conduct assessments, reports, and service plans in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage a small caseload of clients and families, providing regular support and guidance
- Collaborate with clinical staff to improve healthcare services and enhance quality of care
- Participate in interdepartmental meetings and contribute to quality assurance and risk management efforts
- Current registration to practice as a QMHP-A/C by the Board of Counseling under the Department of Health Professions in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, substance abuse, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
- 1,500 hours of supervised experience in a human services field, or equivalent
- Ability to interact with referral sources and other community service providers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
