Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and engage customers, identifying their vehicle preferences through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Showcase vehicles, including conducting test drives.
  • Negotiate terms with customers and finalize sales.
  • Present financing solutions along with lifestyle products such as Service Contracts.
  • Assist customers in securing insurance post-sale.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they comprehend the vehicle's features and functionalities.
  • Report to the Vehicle Sales Manager regarding goals, planned activities, and performance reviews.
  • Stay informed about incoming inventory, features, and accessories, and their advantages for customers.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions provided by the dealership and manufacturers.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license for the state of employment.
