Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$100,000+ annually.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Welcome and engage customers, identifying their vehicle needs through thoughtful questioning and active listening.
  • Showcase vehicles, including conducting test drives.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and finalize transactions with customers.
  • Present financing options along with additional lifestyle products.
  • Assist customers in obtaining insurance upon sale completion.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about the vehicle's features.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance analyses.
  • Stay informed about incoming inventory, features, and accessories, and their benefits to customers.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions provided by the dealership and manufacturer.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid in-state driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to meet sales quotas as per dealership standards.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
  • A commitment to performing duties safely.
  • The ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks and drug tests.

Additional Information
The Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales appointments with customers who reach out to the dealership. This role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally. Utilizing lead management tools and CRM software, the Sales Agent will manage customer interactions effectively and maintain updated customer files.
