Clinical Revenue Cycle Specialist

**Job Overview**
TMI Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery, P.A. is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle department, you will be responsible for coordinating patient and insurance billing.
**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate the entire revenue cycle from charge entry through insurance and patient payments.
- Work with Athena to ensure claims have processed correctly and payments have been posted correctly.
- Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies resulting in overpaid/underpaid accounts.
- Establish payment plans to help patients manage payment of bills.
- Communicate any trends, discrepancies and underpayments to the Revenue Cycle Manager immediately.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience a must.
- Strong computer skills.
- Working knowledge of commercial and government insurance.
- Effective communication skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $ $63,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location in Arlington, TX.
