Your Role

We're seeking a skilled Personal Care Professional Outreach Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Desoto, or Addison. As a key member of our community outreach program, you'll be responsible for building relationships with managed care accounts and other referral sources to drive growth and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community leaders, and other stakeholders to promote our services and drive referrals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve volume and revenue goals within assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with our team to build positive relationships and foster long-term profitable growth for PCS and AccentCare.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives while advancing your career in personal care. As a Personal Care Professional Outreach Specialist, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • One or more years of experience as a Community Liaison or Account Manager preferred.
  • Knowledge of home care and home health backgrounds a plus.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures essential.
