  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to use multiple tools, including Epic software, to facilitate patient access and scheduling.
  • Ability to document attempts and schedule appointments in accordance with practice protocol.
