Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Recreational Program Assistant to support our team at Hopkinsville-Christian Care Communities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with older adults and a willingness to learn about their unique needs and preferences.

About the Role:

The Recreational Program Assistant will assist in planning, scheduling, and conducting recreational programs that cater to resident interests and abilities.

This includes supporting the Activity Director in developing program schedules, coordinating logistics, and documenting program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating recreational programs
  • Support the Activity Director in developing program schedules and coordinating logistics
  • Document program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness
