Position Overview

The Children's Events Coordinator is responsible for orchestrating imaginative and enjoyable birthday celebrations and events for children. This role is pivotal in creating a vibrant atmosphere that captivates young attendees through a variety of fun-filled activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with families and their guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Lead and oversee structured activities, ensuring that children remain active, engaged, and safe throughout the event.
  • Clearly explain and demonstrate games and activities to participants.
  • Address any inquiries, concerns, or conflicts promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position and move around the venue for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests regarding our services.
  • Physical capability to lift over 20 lbs regularly.
  • First Aid certification is required within the initial onboarding period.
  • Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment.
  • Completion of all necessary state or federal requirements prior to the start date.
