Overview:
Manage product placement, ensure inventory rotation in accordance with account specifications, and create visually appealing displays featuring specific brand merchandise. Responsibilities may include organizing backroom stock and inventory management. Drive sales growth and profitability in assigned accounts while assisting sales representatives in merchandising efforts.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a consistent and accurate schedule for store visits. Adhere to established merchandising protocols for each retailer while fulfilling supplier guidelines.

Ensure promotional materials are effectively displayed on shelves and in merchandising setups.

Implement organized processes for product rotation.


Construct and set up displays, collaborating closely with customers and sales teams to determine optimal timing and placement.

Restock shelves and displays to enhance product sell-through rates.

Assist with product resets as needed.

Build and sustain relationships with key personnel within accounts.
Gather feedback from accounts regarding the effectiveness of merchandising strategies.

Support team members or sales representatives in servicing accounts according to requirements. Identify and communicate account-specific challenges and opportunities to relevant contacts.

Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends, channels, and brands.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

No prior experience necessary

Basic proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications, including presentation software

Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on diplomacy and customer service

Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently or as part of a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines

Analytical and reporting capabilities

Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment

Must be at least 21 years of age

Possess and maintain a valid driver's license

Physical Requirements:
While performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.

Must be able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.

Frequent driving and entering/exiting a vehicle to service assigned accounts.

Overhead reaching may be required for various tasks.

Competencies:
Accountable for achieving personal targets, with work reviewed periodically.

Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine, with readily available solutions.
