Job Description

Globally recognized Fortune 5 eCommerce company is currently hiring for a Logistics Call Center Agent. On a day-to-day basis, this role will be acting as a Remote Gate Agent supporting thousands of delivery drivers all across the country and using a two-way Audio/Video communication to verify & identify any necessary specifications on trucks and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, communicate, and provide updates on a daily basis to all parties involved in the arrival, loading, unloading, and departure at warehouses, facilities, and distribution centers.
  • Handle around 200 calls per day speaking to roughly 200 drivers a day, requiring excellent and clear communication skills.
  • Work in a fast-paced high metrics-based environment with a high sense of urgency and quick learning capabilities.
Requirements
  • 1-2+ years of high volume call center or high-volume customer support experience.
  • Must not be job hoppy.
  • Must be comfortable working 2 weekends.
  • Must be comfortable handling repetitive tasks.
  • Must be able to support working on Holidays.
  • High detail-orientation with a high sense of urgency.
  • Comfortable speaking with high volume of delivery drivers with different personalities.
