Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch patient care, encompassing assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
  • Create and execute tailored care plans that cater to each client's distinct needs and goals
  • Foster effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and outstanding outcomes
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is essential
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required
  • The ability to work independently with integrity and maintain confidentiality is crucial
  • CPR certification and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening are mandatory
Compensation and Benefits:
