Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa, including the locker rooms, treatment rooms, and lounge areas.
  • Restock supplies and linens as needed.
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning up after spa treatments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Ability to walk, kneel, stoop, and stand for extended periods.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull carts as needed.
