Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Systems Engineer to join our Electronic Attack team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new Electronic Attack capabilities for application in Electronic Warfare systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage systems-level requirements for Electronic Attack systems
  • Develop operational systems concepts and perform system architecture trade studies
  • Originate design concepts and perform systems-level integration and test for highly complex systems
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 15 years of work experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience with offensive (stand-off/escort) and/or defensive (self-protection) Electronic Attack systems
  • EW system design knowledge as it relates to the detection and countering of radar and missile system engagements
  • Understanding of Electronic Attack/ESM systems architectures
  • Experience with systems engineering activities across the development cycle
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • M.S. in either Systems, Software, or Electrical Engineering
  • Active United States Top Secret security clearance
  • Additional skills within the Electronic Attack (EA)/Electronic Warfare Support (ES) divisions of Electronic Warfare (EW)
