We are looking for an experienced and skilled diesel engine specialist to join our team. As a diesel engine specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of our diesel-powered vehicles.

Job Description:

  • Diagnostic testing and repair of diesel engines and related components.
  • Replacement of diesel engine components, including fuel injectors, turbochargers, and exhaust systems.
  • Troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
  • Follow-up of manufacturer guidelines and technical specifications to ensure quality repairs and service.
  • Accurate record-keeping of maintenance and repairs performed.
  • Effective communication with team members and customers regarding vehicle issues and recommended repairs.

Requirements:

  • General Motors certification as a diesel technician.
  • Proven experience working with diesel engines in an automotive or related environment.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $65,000 - $85,000 per year (dependent on experience)
