Healthcare Operations Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Access Coordinator to join our team at Lynn Community Health Center.
In this critical role, you will assume responsibility for coordinating patient care, including templating, scheduling, and managing patient communications.
Requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in healthcare scheduling, patient coordination, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex scheduling with high accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills, including creating and updating templates and schedules efficiently.
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems and scheduling software.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
DutiesYour key duties will include:
- Managing and coordinating patient scheduling through diverse channels.
- Creating, managing, and updating complex scheduling templates and block schedules.
- Ensuring seamless communication with patients and clinical staff to optimize scheduling and care outcomes.
- Scheduling patient visits according to established guidelines and standards.
