About the Job:
As a Crew Leader with Akhire Inc., you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, leading a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading daily projects and meeting deadlines
• Coaching and training team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Interacting with customers in a professional and customer-service-oriented manner
• Performing physically demanding duties, including lifting and carrying heavy loads (up to 50 lbs)
• Maintaining high levels of dependability, punctuality, reliability, and good attendance
