Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Operational Intelligence Center (OIC), overseeing a team of up to 30 personnel in a 24/7 command center environment.
  • Ensure the center operates efficiently, serving as the central hub for monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting risks and threats. Develop quality assurance programs to enhance compliance and productivity.
  • Deliver timely communications and actionable intelligence to safeguard people, assets, and infrastructure.
  • Identify operational challenges and create standard operating procedures to enhance performance.
  • Maintain the health and safety of staff and the OIC environment.
  • Oversee project timelines for OIC technology initiatives, ensuring adherence to contractual deliverables.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support center operations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Manage recruitment and retention efforts for the OIC, including conducting interviews and facilitating new employee orientation.
  • Ensure all systems function properly and address any issues promptly.
  • Provide oversight of intelligence activities and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with senior management and prepare necessary reports.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Management, or a related field, or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant security industry experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in a management role.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and willingness to assist with staffing needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively.
