Job Summary

As a HIM Specialist at Mountain View Regional Medical Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient charts. Your responsibilities will include retrieving, preparing, and indexing patient documents, as well as monitoring and resolving MPF queues and interfaces. You will also analyze charts for completion, perform coding support functions, and resolve BARRT work orders. Additionally, you will train and work with providers to complete their charts, notify medical staff of incomplete and delinquent charts, and grant patient portal access.

Key Responsibilities
