At Grifols, we're seeking a skilled Blood Bank Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the suitability of donors for plasma donation.


As a Blood Bank Specialist, your responsibilities will include:



  • Establishing rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitoring donor health and equipment to ensure the quality of plasma donations.
  • Setting up, disconnecting, and operating automated plasmapheresis machines.
  • Disconnecting and disposing of contaminated disposable equipment.
