Salary: The average first-year income for our new life insurance agents is $90,000, with no cap on earnings potential. In fact, some agents have surpassed $100,000 in their first year.
Job Description:
We are looking for highly skilled life insurance agents who can build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs. As a member of our team, you will be trained in our system and provided with access to expert resources and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A state license; if not currently licensed, we will assist you through the process
- A willingness to learn and adapt to our system
- A track record of success in financial services and similar sales industries (preferred)
- Availability for daily conference calls and in-person client meetings
- Daily communication with managers to ensure success
- Quarterly business conference attendance and continuous training
