Job Description

Clinical Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, clinical departments, and staff at CCRM Fertility. This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality, effective, and patient-centered care in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise clinical and surgical staff and operations.
  • Oversee the Care Center's operational flow, identify, communicate, and implement processes and training to improve patient care.
  • Organize and assign duties and responsibilities to the team.
  • Monitor staff performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of all tasks.
  • Review and approve staff timecards and PTO requests, monitor attendance and over-time, and counsel staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree (or higher) in nursing required.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
  • Current ALS and BLS certification required.
  • 2+ years' experience in a Clinical Manager or Nurse manager role required.
  • 2+ years' experience in women's health, fertility, or OB/GYN preferred.
