**Job Summary**

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a seasoned and results-driven leader to drive high employee and customer satisfaction while leading a Division team, along with a back-office staff to support a business that is experiencing exciting growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage the fire alarm, security, and electrical teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Develop and implement a strategic growth strategy in line with company objectives, driving revenue and profitability targets.

• Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement of the Division, ensuring efficient asset management and effective resource allocation.

• Collaborate with the regional controller to support achievement of cash flow and networking capital (NWC) targets.

• Foster a healthy internal culture that retains key employees, motivates, and encourages professional development.

• Build a high-performance culture, including annual performance reviews and development initiatives.

• Achieve employee and customer satisfaction targets, maintaining strong customer relationships and helping the sales team generate new business.

• Ensure all employees embrace the safety culture and comply with all safety initiatives.

**Requirements**

• Two to five years of experience in a General Management role within the fire, security, and electrical contracting industries.

• Proven track record and experience in business development and sales leadership as a General Manager.

• Strong, positive team builder with leadership ability, possessing an entrepreneurial spirit with a solid vision.

• Working knowledge of current fire alarm, electrical contracting, and security businesses, with a strong understanding of P&L statements and key financial drivers.

• Ability to attract, develop, grow, and retain a team, with excellent organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Professional business, engineering, or equivalent degree, with strong computer skills and proficiency at Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a valid driver's license, with the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
