We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Olympic Medical Center. As a Radiation Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering prescribed courses of radiation therapy and performing simulation and planning techniques according to procedure.
Responsibilities- Operate radiotherapy and radiologic equipment for patient treatment
- Produce radiography (x-rays) of the body for treatment planning purposes
- Undertake dosimetric calculations and fabricate lead blocks for treatment purposes
- Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school graduation preferred
- Three years of clinical experience in radiotherapy and dosimetric treatments preferred
- ARRT registry and Washington State License required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
