Clinical Administrative Assistant

The Medical Assistant will perform various clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, conducting ECGs, and preparing patients for physical examinations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Take vital signs, conduct ECGs, and prepare patients for physical examinations.
- Assist providers during examination and treatment.
- Maintain accurate records and manage supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries.
- Clean and organize the work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical setting, preferably in occupational medicine.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with medical software and EHRs.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $17.91 - $23.28, depending on experience and location.
