About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CBHC Stabilization Clinician to join our team at Eliot Community Human Services. As a key member of our urgent care services team, you will play a critical role in providing crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and stabilization interventions to support clients and families experiencing acute and urgent behavioral health needs.
  • Provide urgent care services, including crisis planning, stabilization, and short-term treatment, to support clients in the stabilization process.
  • Develop and implement solution-focused clinical interventions and treatment plans to address crisis management and resolution.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and transition planning.
  • Participate in evidence-based trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Document client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or related field, or a Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited university/college.
  • Strong diagnostic skills, competence in crisis intervention, and ability to develop short-term interventions to support clients and families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic health records and other software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
