Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a qualified professional to provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings for individuals with mental or emotional issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication with clients to address their mental health needs.
- Offer assistance to individuals struggling with substance abuse issues.
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy to promote healthy coping mechanisms.
- Implement and review treatment plans to ensure effective care.
- Collaborate with other treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
- Familiarity with community mental health resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust.
- Strong leadership qualities to effectively manage treatment plans.
