Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our Bath Fitter team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing events from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event logistics and personnel.
  • Develop and distribute meeting materials and supplies.
  • Research and identify potential event opportunities.
  • Manage event supplies and inventory.
  • Generate leads and appointments through event participation.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown as directed by the Events Manager.
  • Train new Event Specialists to collect leads and book appointments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event planning or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
  • Weekend work is required.

Work Environment:

  • The Event Coordinator will work in a variety of settings, including outside venues such as fairs, festivals, and short-term events.
