Accounting and Billing Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Accounting and Billing Coordinator to join our team at Adroit Partners. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in project accounting and/or cost accounting.
The Accounting and Billing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the billing process for our construction projects, including preparing and submitting invoices, tracking and reporting on project costs, and providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the billing process for construction projects
- Prepare and submit invoices to clients and stakeholders
- Track and report on project costs, including material and labor expenses
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project accounting and/or cost accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
