Job Type: Full-Time

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN to support a 2nd-grade student with high medical needs in a full-time position. The successful candidate will work closely with the student, providing medical care and ensuring their safety throughout the school day.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 nursing care to a 2nd-grade student with high medical needs
  • Monitor and manage the students health conditions, including diabetes and autism
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to create a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Assist the student with daily tasks and support their participation in classroom activities
  • Maintain detailed health records and communication with the healthcare team

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with children with high medical needs, such as diabetes and autism
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday
  • 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM
