Job Overview

This role supports our Lynn adult primary care practice at 480 Lynnfield Street. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (shifts are staggered).

Responsibilities
  • Approximately 90% of responsibilities will be dedicated to phone triage.
  • The remaining 10% will encompass activities such as processing prescription refills, managing prior authorizations, providing patient education, and supporting office visits.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Estimated Salary Range

$75,000 - $100,000 per year, based on location and experience.
